3 miles easy on grass track at high school.
10-mile course. Part pavement, part dirt roads. Mostly cloudy, 78 degrees and 91 percent humidity.
No running. Push-ups, planks, and pull-ups.
6-mile course, with 6 x 3 minutes at tempo pace with approximately the same recovery.
